Description

 This application allows you to put shortcuts to the Home screen of your Android device. You can for example create a shortcut for the quick dialing of a certain number, sending an SMS, or even changing your hidden proxy settings.

You may access Any Cut by long pressing on the Home screen and selecting it from the Shortcut group.
