You can change the playing order by dragging the songs around. You can swipe a song horizontally to remove it from the list. Click on a song to see its album and artist. If you don't like all four songs following up, you can just hit the button on the bottom left to get new ones. The list will usually be filled up with random songs, however, there's a way to choose which songs come into the list next. In order to select the specific songs from the whole your list you need to switch to landscape mode.
