Description

textPlus allows to text to other textPlus users worldwide for free. It also enables you to text to anyone in the US and Canada who don't have the app installed.

textPlus costs you nothing to use in its default state and lets you send and receive as many texts in the app as you want. There are, however, a couple of features that if you choose, require textPlus to send you Regular Texts, which your carrier will bill you for according to your standard rate message plan.

If you optionally provide textPlus with your phone number, you will be sent a one-time verification text, billed (once) according to your message plan.

Optionally, textPlus can send you Regular Texts to notify you of new messages, billed according to your message plan.

Your friends who don't have textPlus will receive your messages as Regular Texts, billed according to their message plan.

The app supports so called Communities - topic driven mobile chat rooms. There is possibility to search for certain communities.
