Privacy Inspector is an Android app designed to keep you secure against "privacy issues" that apps may be infringing upon. It scans other apps on your phone and reads the code inside for any violations.
- Scan apps for problems
- View details of your apps "dirty secrets"
- Send results via E-mail, Facebook and Twitter
- Uninstall the unwanted app(s)
When you first load the Privacy Inspector, you need to scan your Android device for all the apps you have installed. Once they are collected, you will be able to select which apps you want to scan.
After scanning for potential violations, Privacy Inspector will give you details about issues within your apps.
Privacy Inspector is the lite version of the paid program Privacy Blocker by the same android apps developer - xeudoxus. Privacy Inspector uses a modified version of baksmali (v1.2.6) by Ben Gruver.
