Description

With YouCast for BlackBerry, you can exchange media files with your BlackBerry friends instantly. The push activation application based on wireless SMS. It supports parallel, scheduled, segmented upload and download with CRC checksum with efficient network bandwidth utilization. It works on WiFi or data plan.

The difference from traditional MMS is that with YouCast you have no size limitation, no physical network limitations, connectionless protocol, multiple files supported, multiple sender and receiver threads, multiple destination types such as phone number.

For the Blackberry Storm there is a special edition of the app.

To perform OTA (over the air) installation point your BlackBerry browser to m.youcast.net/blackberry.html and click the "Install Now".
