AvantGo for UIQ is a well known mobile off line browser. It allows you to view specially made version of websites offline.

For example there is a BBC AvantGo channel. Other channels include The Guardian, VNUNet, the Weather Channel and more. You can choose which channels your subscribe to and there are often personal channels within the options too. To use this software and service you need to set up an account on the AvantGo website.
