Tic Tac Toe by Dolph Larson is a computer version of the classical paper-and-pencil Tic-tac-toe (also known as "Noughts and Crosses" or "Xs and Os") game for two players, X and O, who take turns marking the spaces in a 3×3 grid. The player who succeeds in placing three respective marks in a horizontal, vertical, or diagonal row wins the game.
You can play against a friend with the same device, or you can play against a computer. Note, that in this game the computer is not a very strong opponent.
Requirements: .Net Compact Framework 3.5
